Before the infusion begins, calm your body and soul. Spend a few minutes in the sauna beforehand. Sweat yourself “warm” before the steaming infusion with fragrant aromas from the nature park begins. A sauna session comprises several infusions. There will usually be three. In each individual infusion, the infusion essence is slowly ladled over the hot stones. This generates an aromatic steam, which the sauna specialist skilfully distributes with a towel until the fragrance reaches all guests in the cabin. Take a deep breath and enjoy the cleansing ambience.
Once the infusion is finished, it is pleasant to enjoy a brief “sweat-down” in the sauna before cooling off outside or under a shower. We recommend taking an hour to recuperate and rest between infusion sessions. Do this in the relaxation areas or bistro, for example.
